FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

 

How Can I Pay For My Order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diner Club. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. An E-Card can be used if issued from a refund.

Do You Ship Domestic and International? 

All purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Domestic orders take 4-7 business days to arrive, international orders take 7-10 business days. During peak holidays, serve weather climates, and/or big sale days, please allow an additional 3 business days to process and ship orders.

Orders can also be picked up using the 'Pick Up' option when checking out. Pick up orders must be picked up within 48hrs of order date. If order is not picked up within the 48hr time frame a reminder email will be sent out and purchase would be refunded within 12hrs after the email is sent. Pick up location would is in Gardena, CA, so the customer should be within a reasonable distance to pickup in allocated time.

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping location. Domestic shipping can vary from $6 to $8.

Free Shipping for domestic orders over $75, with code SHIP75.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes, we do offer refunds, within 21 days of purchase, but only in the form of an E-Card. We also offer exchanges. Please refer to the Refunds/Exchanges policy.
